元坝气田采出水资源化回用工艺研究 被引量:7

Study on Water Resource Recovery Process of Yuanba Gas Field

摘要 元坝气田采出水经脱硫、澄清预处理后,采用预蒸发+低温多效蒸发+高级氧化+双膜的处理工艺对气田采出水进行深度处理,处理后出水水质达到《炼化企业节水减排考核指标与回用水质控制指标》(Q/SH 0104-2007)中关于循环冷却水系统补水水质要求的15项指标。深度处理后的气田采出水将作为元坝净化厂循环冷却水补充用水。该项目投产后,保证了元坝气田的平稳生产,减少地表淡水取水量约20×10^4m^3/a、减少热污染3.7×10^7kJ/a。 Produced water of Yuan Ba gas field by desulfurization, clarify the pretreatment, the pre evaporation, low temperature multi-effect evaporation and advanced oxidation + double membrane treatment process was carried out on the field produced water advanced treatment. The water in the refinery emissions reduction and recycling water quality control indicators assessment index(Q/SH, 0104-2007) of circulating cooling water system of filling water in 15 indicators of water quality requirements. The produced water from the deep-treated gas field will be used as supplementary water for circulating cooling water of Yuan Ba purification plant. After the project was put into operation, it ensured the smooth production of Yuanba gas field, reduced the surface fresh water withdrawal by about 20×10~4/a,and reduced thermal pollution by 3.7×10~7 k J/year.
