摘要
同辈群体环境是大学生思想政治教育的重要微观环境,大学生同辈群体的现实交往具有自由性、平等性、潜隐性、封闭性、圈层化等特征。同辈群体环境一方面拓宽了大学生自我教育的空间,另一方面对高校思想政治教育产生干扰。高校必须重视大学生同辈群体,引导和教育其健康发展,积极拓展高校朋辈教育的新阵地,汇聚学校、家庭和社会的合力,让同辈群体的现实交往在正确的价值观导向下,科学发挥隐性思想政治教育功能。
The peer group environment is an important micro-environment for college students’ ideological and political education.The practical interaction among peer groups of college students has the characteristics of freedom,equality,invisibility,closeness,and stratification.The peer group environment on the one hand broadens the space for college student’s self-education,on the other hand it influences ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Therefore,Colleges and universities must pay attention to the peer group of college students,guide and educate them to ensure their healthy development,actively expand the new ground for peer education in colleges and universities,make joint efforts of schools,families and society to give play to the invisible ideological and political education of real interaction of peer groups under the correct values.
