摘要
分析了房建工程施工过程中的项目管理与成本管理的作用,总结了其中存在的主要问题,并提出了提高项目管理与成本管理水平的有效措施,为促进我国房建行业的发展提供借鉴。
This paper analyzes the function of project management and cost management in the construction process of building engineering,summarizes the main problems, and puts forward some effective measures to improve the level of project management and cost management, so as to provide reference for the development of building industry in China.
