摘要
从投入产出视角,运用DEA-Malmquist指数法对广东省物流业全要素生产率动态变化及区域、城市发展异质性进行研究。结果表明2013~2017年间广东省物流业全要素生产率发展水平处于与经济发展增速水平相适应阶段,平均增长率为6.1%,增长动力主要来源是技术进步,但技术效率的下降在一度程度上阻滞了广东物流业效率提升。从区域和地级市两个角度剖析物流效率差异性,得出东冀、山区物流业全要素生产率增长水平在10%以上,处于增速较快阶段;珠三角区域保持平稳阶段;西冀区域处于下降阶段。同时通过21个地级市间物流产业效率对比,得出各城市物流产业效率水平出现两极分化态势。
From the perspective of input-output,the DEA-Malmquist index method is used to study the dynamic change of total factor productivity of logistics industry in Guangdong province and the heterogeneity of regional and urban development.The results show that during the period from 2013 to 2017,the development level of total factor productivity of Guangdong logistics industry was in line with the growth rate of economic development,with an average growth rate of 6.1%.The driving force of growth was mainly technological progress,but the decline of technical efficiency blocked the improvement of efficiency of its logistics industry to a certain extent.The paper analyzes the difference of logistics efficiency from regional and prefecture-level cities,and concludes that the total factor productivity growth level of the logistics industry in the eastern region and mountainous areas in Guangdong was above 10%,which was at a relatively fast growth stage;the level of the Pearl River Delta region had remained at a stable stage;and that of the western area was in a declining phase.Meanwhile,by comparing the efficiency of logistics industry in 21 prefecture-level cities,it is concluded that the efficiency level of logistics industry in each city is polarized.
