内置测温光纤导致的高压电缆本体故障解析 被引量:7

摘要 近年,国内交联聚乙烯高压电缆本体故障比例有所升高,主要原因之一是铝护套与外半导电层之间的缓冲层有白色粉末析出,导致接触电阻增大从而引起缓冲层烧蚀。结合连续两次发生的由内置测温光纤导致电缆本体故障的案例,通过电缆解体分析、光纤外皮绝缘检测和耐压同步局部放电等方式,发现外护套为绝缘材质的内置光纤将进一步加速白色粉末析出,产生悬浮电压导致电缆故障。建议采用局部放电在线检测、X光检测等方式开展疑似电缆的日常检测工作。 In recent years,the failure ratio of XLPE high-voltage cable body has increased.One of the main reasons is that the buffer layer between the aluminum sheath and the outer semiconducting layer has white powder precipitation,which leads to the increase of contact resistance and the erosion of the buffer layer.Based on two consecutive cases of cable body failure associated with built-in temperature measuring optical fiber,by means of cable disassembly analysis,optical fiber sheath insulation detection and withstand voltage synchronous partial discharge,it is found that the inner optical fiber with the outer sheath of insulating material will further accelerate the precipitation of white powder,resulting in suspension voltage and cable failure.It is suggested to carry out inspection daily on suspected cables by means of on-line partial discharge detection and X-ray detection.
