摘要
加入WTO对我国经济的影响是双重的 ,对我国就业形势的影响 ,也有两方面的效应 :就业的创造效应 ;就业的替代效应。从长远看 ,无疑积极作用是主要的 ,但在近一二十年会 ,对相当一部分行业和企业造成冲击 ,从而增加社会的就业压力。对此 。
China's entry into WTO has double influence on China's economy.As far as its influence on China's employment is concerned,it has two aspects of effect:creative effect of employment and replacement effect of employment.In the long run,undoubtedly its active role will dominate.But in the following ten to twenty years it will have a great impact on quite a number of industries and enterprises and will consequently increase the society's employment pressure.Therefore,we must take some corresponding countermeasures.
