摘要
尼帕病毒病是一种烈性的人兽共患病,具有高发病率和高死亡率。近年来,该病在马来西亚、孟加拉国、印度等东南亚一些国家频频出现,引起人们高度关注。我国尚无尼帕病发生的报道,但是我国南方部分地区有该病毒的天然宿主果蝠;在地理位置上,中国毗邻东南亚和南亚地区的疫情国家,所以该病传入风险日益增高,建议加强病毒检测技术研究和监测。本研究着重阐述近年来在尼帕病毒病实验室诊断技术方面的研究进展,介绍病毒分离鉴定、免疫组织化学法、血清抗体检测和病毒核酸检测等多种诊断方法,并对检测技术的发展趋势做出展望,为该病的防控提供参考。
Nipah virus disease(NVD)is a severe and important zoonotic disease with high morbidity and mortality.In recent years,the disease had frequently appeared in Malaysia,Bangladesh,India and other countries in Southeast Asia,causing great concern.There are no reports of NVD in China,but fruit bats,the natural host of NVD,are distributed in parts of South China.Geographically,it is adjacent to the endemic countries in Southeast Asia and South Asia,so the risk of transmission of the disease is increasing day by day.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen the research and monitoring of virus detection technology.This research reviewed the development of laboratory detection technology on NVD,including the virus isolation,immunohistochemistry,serum antibody detection and virus nucleic acid detection.The study also prospected the future diagnostics and provided basis for the prevention and control of the disease.
