摘要
由于环境污染日益严重,大米中重金属超标事件屡次发生,因此建立快速、灵敏、高效检测大米中重金属的方法显得尤为重要。本文综述了大米中镉、铅、铬、砷与汞5种重金属元素对人体的危害,重点介绍了近些年来大米中5种重金属的检测方法研究进展。
Due to the increasingly serious environmental pollution,the heavy metals in rice occur frequently.Therefore,it is particularly important to establish a fast,sensitive and efficient detection method for heavy metal elements.This paper reviewed the harm of cadmium,lead,chromium,arsenic and mercury in rice to human body,especially introduced the research progress on the detection of five heavy metals in rice in recent years.
