天山北坡草本植物生态化学计量特征沿海拔梯度的变化 被引量:6

Ecological Stoichiometric Characteristics of Herbaceous Plants in Different Elevational Gradients on the North Slope of Tianshan Mountains

摘要 研究草地生态系统植物种的生态化学计量特征在干旱环境中的变异性及其对环境因子的响应,有助于深入理解草地生态系统的生物地球化学循环过程.本研究以天山北坡为研究区,通过相关性分析与冗余分析,对海拔900 m^3500m m范围的不同海拔梯度上草本植物的生态化学计量特征进行研究,分析了不同海拔梯度上草本植物生态化学计量特征的变化,以及其与环境因子之间的关系.不同海拔梯度下草本植物碳(C)、氮(N)、磷(P)含量分别为342.95~557.73g/kg、6.02~20.97 g/kg、0.71~3.14 g/kg.草本植物C:N、C:P、N:P范围分别为16.36~155.53、109.36~786.52、2.58~17.34.(1)草本植物C随海拔无明显变化,N含量随海拔梯度呈现先增加后下降的变化趋势,P含量随海拔呈增加的趋势;(2)草本植物C:N、C:P、N:P三者沿海拔梯度的变化均不显著;(3)海拔、温度、土壤理化因子对草本植物C、N、P化学计量特征具有重要影响,通过冗余分析揭示每个因素合计可解释系统变异的10.3%,其中海拔和温度是影响天山北坡草本植物C、N、P生态化学计量比的主要因素,天山北坡草本植物对养分吸收利用中温度所产生的制约大于水分,土壤电导率和土壤pH值对草本植物C、N、P化学计量特征的影响并未达到显著程度. Studying the variability of ecological stoichiometry of plant species in grassland ecosystems in arid environments and their response to environmental factors can help to understand the biogeochemical cycling of grassland ecosystems.This study analyzed the variations of Carbon(C),Nitrogen(N)and Phosphorus(P)and their stoichiometric ratios in different elevational gradients and their response to environmental factors.We found that foliar C,N and P concentrations varied in the range of 342.95~557.73 g/kg(averaged at 431.68±46.31 g/kg),6.02~20.97 g/kg(averaged at 12.53±4.54 g/kg)and 0.71~3.14 g/kg(averaged at 2.11±0.84 g/kg),respectively.Foliar C:N,C:P and N:P varied in the range of 16.36~155.53(averaged at 47.14±32.83 g/kg),109.36~641.39(averaged at 278.23±229.12 g/kg)and 2.58~17.34(averaged at 8.79±6.24 g/kg),respectively.(1)With increase of elevation,foliar C did not show a significant variation,N follows an increasing-decreasing trend,P slightly increased;(2)Foliar C:N,C:P and N:P did not respond to elevation in our study area;(3)Elevation,soil physical and chemical factor,temperature could influence the variation of foliar C:N:P ratios.Redundancy analysis shows that these factors could explain 10.3%of the variation of the C,N and P stoichiometric characteristics.In addition,elevation and temperature are the major factors affecting the ecological stoichiometric ratios of C,N and P.The influence of temperature is greater than moisture in determining the nutrients utilization by herbaceous plants in our study area,.We did not found significant response of C,N and P stoichiometry to electrical conductivity and pH.
