摘要
从改革受益和改革成本两方面确定进一步深化改革的重点。首先,在世界范围内,估计金融、市场、贸易等主要部门改革对生产力的影响,并通过比较中国和发达国家的而差距来确定中国的相关改革预计能带来多少收益。其次,通过针对山东省的问卷调查,分析公众对不同改革的态度以预计改革会受到多大的社会阻力。分析发现:第一,中国在营商环境方面的改革会带来最大收益,另外,完善的金融体系和更加开放的市场也对促进我国经济长期发展有重要作用;第二,民众对于营商环境、金融制度和司法体系的改革呼声最高。综合考虑收益和成本两个方面来看,优化营商环境和完善金融体系是中国当前的改革重点。
The key points of further deepening the reform are determined from the benefit and cost of the reform.First of all,in the world,we estimate the impact of the reform of major sectors such as finance,market and trade on productivity,and determine the expected benefits of China s relevant reform by comparing the gap between China and developed countries.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey in Shandong Province,the paper analyzes the public s attitude towards different reforms to predict how much social resistance the reform will face.The analysis shows that:first,China s reform in the business environment will bring the greatest benefits,in addition,a sound financial system and a more open market will also play an important role in promoting China s long-term economic development;second,the people s voice for the reform of the business environment,financial system and judicial system is the highest.Considering the two aspects of income and cost,optimizing the business environment and improving the financial system are the focus of China s current reform.
