摘要
东北平原西部属干旱半干旱地区,生态环境脆弱,盐碱荒漠广布,是东北地区巩固提升绿色发展的重点区域。文中阐述了东北平原西部盐碱地生态治理的意义,遵循新时代治水思路的深刻内涵,探讨了加快区域盐碱地生态治理的水利措施。
The western part of the northeast plain is an arid and semi-arid region with a fragile ecological environment and widespread saline and alkaline deserts and is the key area to consolidate and promote green development in northeast.This paper expounds the significance of ecological management of saline-alkali land in the west of the northeast plain,follows the profound connotation of water control in the new era,and discusses the water conservancy measures to accelerate the ecological management of saline-alkali land in the region.
