摘要
供应链的企业间合作 ,是建立在他们之间理性博弈的基础之上的 ;而合作是供应链运行的基础 ,是供应链上的企业在信息不完全条件下的有限理性选择。在构建供应链的过程中 ,企业是基于合作博弈来选择合作伙伴的 ;而形成“共赢”的利益机制是供应链结构变迁和优化的动因。
First,the thesis put forward a suggestion that cooperation among the enterprises on supply chain is based on ration game,cooperation is essential to the operation of supply chain,also is a limited-ration choice of the enterprises on supply chain on the condition of information non-symmetry;And the thesis demonstrates enterprises choose companions basing on cooperation game when constructing supply chain.At last,the motive that tranform and improve the constitution of supply chain is analysed in the thesis.
