摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜手术和开腹手术在子宫肌瘤患者中的应用疗效。方法选取该院在近两年间(2018年1月-2019年1月间)接收并确诊的60例子宫肌瘤患者样本,基于手术方法差异采用随机分配方式将样本分为对照组、实验组,各30例,分别给予开腹手术治疗方法,以及腹腔镜手术治疗方法,收集患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后第1次排气时间、住院时长、并发症发生几率,从而对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果实验组患者平均手术时间[(69±3.0)min<(100±5.0)min,(χ^2=6.566,P=0.033)]、术中出血量[(98±5.0)mL<(180±7.0)mL,(χ^2=8.774,P=0.024)]明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者的术后第1次排气时间[(18±2.0)min<(30±4.0)min,(χ^2=5.442,P<0.046)]、住院时间[(98±5.5)d<(180±7.0)d,(χ^2=7.886,P<0.030)]较对照组显著缩短,同时实验组患者并发症发生率(3.33%<20.00%,χ^2=6.387)明显低于对照组,可知两组所用不同手术方法的疗效差异显著,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施腹腔镜手术在子宫瘤患者中的临床效果更为显著,能够减少患者痛苦,缩短手术及预后进程,降低并发症发生几率,极具临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopy and laparotomy in patients with uterine fibroids. Methods 60 patients with uterine fibroids received and diagnosed in the hospital during the past two years(from January2018 to January 2019) were selected. 30 patients in each group were treated with laparotomy and laparoscopy respectively. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative first exhaust time, length of hospitalization and incidence of complications were collected to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the operation time [(69±3.0) min<(100±5.0) min (χ^2=6.566,P=0.033)], intraoperative blood loss [(98±5.0) mL<(180±7.0) mL(χ^2=8.774,P=0.024)] were significantly less In the control group(P<0.05), the patient’s first postoperative exhaust time [(18±2.0) min<(30±4.0) min (χ^2=5.442,P<0.046)], hospital stay [(98±5.5) d<(180±7.0) d(χ^2=7.886,P<0.030)] significantly shorter than the control group, and the incidence of complications in the experimental group(3.33%<20.00%, χ^2=6.387) was significantly lower than the control group. The effect of different surgical methods is significant,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in patients with uterine tumor is more significant, can reduce the pain of patients, shorten the process of surgery and prognosis, reduce the incidence of complications, has great clinical value.
