摘要
对钢铁企业而言,选择备件供应商是采购中的重中之重。如何选择供应商,以统筹解决采购的质量、价格和货期,是许多钢铁企业面临的主要难题之一。通过AHP-模糊综合评价法,建立供应商选择模型,并对备选供应商进行定量评价,帮助企业进行采购决策。
For steel companies,choosing a spare parts supplier is the top priority in the procurement process.How to choose suppliers to coordinate the quality,price and delivery date of procurement is one of the major problems that many steel companies currently have.Through the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,a supplier selection model is established,and the quantitative evaluation of the alternative suppliers is carried out to help enterprises make purchasing decision.
