摘要
目的分析临床护理路径(简称CNP)护理对动脉瘤患者影响的临床价值。方法该研究主体为2016年4月—2019年4月间来院治疗的60例动脉瘤患者。分A组和B组,均30例,行CNP与常规护理。对比临床价值。结果A组的并发症率为13.33%,B组为36.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.356,P=0.037<0.05);满意度评分均高于B组;随访1个月,再出血率与死亡率均低于B组;治疗依从性为93.33%,B组为73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.320,P=0.038<0.05)。A组的健康知识掌握度为90.00%,B组为66.67%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.812,P=0.028<0.05)。结论为动脉瘤患者行CNP护理可减少并发症,避免疾病复发,且能够提高患者依从性,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of the impact of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)nursing on patients with aneurysms.Methods The subjects of this study were 60 patients with aneurysms who were treated in the hospital from April 2016 to April 2019.They were divided into group A and group B,30 cases cases,and received CNP and routine nursing.Compare the clinical value.Results The complication rate was 13.33%in group A and 36.67%in group B,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.356,P=0.037<0.05).The satisfaction scores were higher than those in group B.After 1 month of follow-up,the rebleeding rate and mortality were lower than group B;treatment compliance was 93.33%and group B was 73.33%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.320,P=0.038<0.05).The health knowledge mastery of group A was 90.00%and that of group B was 66.67%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.812,P=0.028<0.05).Conclusion CNP nursing for patients with aneurysms can reduce complications,avoid recurrence of the disease,and can improve patient compliance.
