Objective To analyze the puncture and postoperative pathological characteristics of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia with abnormal prostate-specific antigen. Methods 100 patients with benign prostate hyperplasia with abnormal prostate-specific antigen treated in the hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were taken as the subjects of this study. The pathological characteristics, serum PSA level, age, prostate volume, and relevant data such as the transition zone volume were analyzed retrospectively. Results The serum PSA levels of patients were 4-10 ng/mL,11-15 ng/mL,16-20 ng/mL,and>20 ng/mL.In the patld gical, distribution of puncture the proportion of simple hyperplasia was 39.2%,32.2%,27.7%,and 21.7%,respectively.The proportion of inflammation was 28.5%,39.0%,44.4%,47.8%,and in the postoperative pathological distribution, the proportion in the postoperative pathological distribution of intraepithelial neoplasia was 32.1%,39.0%,50.0%,and 60.8%.It can be seen that PSA increase is inversely proportional to pure hyperplasia. The relationship was directly proportional to inflammation and intraepithelial neoplasia. Conclusion The abnormality of PSA in the serum of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia is closely related to the pathological distribution, and intraepithelial neoplasia and inflammation may lead to the increase of serum PSA in patients.
