摘要
政经类文本作为传递国家政策信息的重要媒介,其语言准确且具有高度概括性。但是在翻译政经类文本时,为了保证原文信息的传达,译者有时会选择硬译,导致译文中出现迁移性冗余。基于琼·平卡姆《中式英语之鉴》中对迁移性冗余的划分以及先前相关研究,对中国日报网2019年部分政经类文本中的迁移性冗余进行讨论,从语句层面对英译本中存在的迁移性冗余进行分析,并对冗余的分类进行讨论,进而呼吁本土译者进一步探索更为完善的政经类翻译策略。
The texts of political and economics are important media for transmitting national policy information,and their language is accurate and highly general.However,in translating political and economic texts,in order to ensure the transmission of the original information,the translator sometimes chooses a hard translation,which leads to migration redundancy in the translation.Based on the division of migration redundancy in Joan Pinkam s The Translator s Guide to Chinglish and previous related research,this paper discusses the migration redundancy in some political and economic texts of China Daily in 2019 from the statement level,analyzes the migration redundancy existing in the English translation and discusses the classification of redundancy,and then calls on local translators to further explore a more complete political and economic translation strategy.
