摘要
针对影响阶梯型迷宫密封的密封性能的六个几何参数(齿宽、密封间隙、齿高、齿离台阶距离、前倾角、后倾角),依据正交原理设计了25个正交试验,对其密封特性进行数值模拟。结果表明:在本文的模拟条件下,封严效果较优的齿形结构为:t取0.2 mm,c取0.2 mm,H取4 mm,x取1.5 mm,α取15°,β取0°;对泄漏量影响程度的主次排序为:密封间隙c→齿宽t→齿离台阶距离x→后倾角β→空腔深度H→前倾角α。
Targeting on the six geometrical parameters(tooth widtht、sealing clearance c,tooth height H,distance between tooth and ladder x,frontinclinedangleα,rearinclined angleβ)which affect the performance ofstepped labyrinth seal,a serial number of orthogonal experiment were designed and the sealing performance was carried out numerically.The results indicate that under the simulation condition of this paper,the tooth profile with better sealing effects is thatt=0.2 mm,c=0.2 mm,H=4 mm,x=1.5 mm,α=15°,β=0°.The weight order of influence on leakage amount is thatc>t>x>β>H>α.
