摘要
目的:观察补肾化瘀方联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤(肾虚血瘀型)患者的临床疗效。方法:选取104例子宫肌瘤(肾虚血瘀型)患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各52例。对照组予以米非司酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以补肾化瘀方治疗。比较2组临床疗效、治疗前后肌瘤体积、子宫体积、血清孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率92.31%(48/52)高于对照组76.92%(40/52)(P<0.05);治疗12周后,与对照组比较,观察组肌瘤体积[(28.74±5.41) vs(44.52±7.18) cm3]、子宫体积[(210.46±42.69)vs(256.82±51.33) cm3]均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗12周后2组血清P[(8.15±2.40)vs(12.03±3.26) nmol·L^-1]、E2水平[(11.67±3.13)vs(14.59±4.06) pmol·L^-1]低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾化瘀方联合米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤(肾虚血瘀型)患者,可减小肌瘤体积、子宫体积,降低性激素水平。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of bushen huayu prescription combined with mifepristone in the treatment of uterine fibroids(kidney deficiency and blood stasis). Methods: A total of 104 patients with uterine fibroids(kidney deficiency and blood stasis) were selected and grouped by random number table, with 52 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mifepristone, and the observation group was treated with tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis prescription on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, pre-treatment and post-treatment fibroid volume, uterine volume, serum progesterone(P), estradiol(E2) levels of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.31%(48/52), higher than that in the control group(76.92%(40/52)(P<0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, the myoma volume [(28.74±5.41) vs(44.52±7.18) cm3)] and uterine volume [(210.46±42.69) vs(256.82±51.33) cm3] in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Meantime, the serum levels of P(8.15±2.40) vs(12.03±3.26) nmol·L^-1)] and E2 [(11.67±3.13) vs(14.59±4.06) pmol·L^-1] in the two groups were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Bushen huayu prescription combined with mifepristone is effective in the treatment of uterine fibroids(kidney deficiency and blood stasis), which can reduce the volume of fibroids, uterine volume and sex hormone level.
