摘要
以降低峰均比即平衡负载时序为目标,采用用户用电计划和效用函数两个指标对家电进行分类,在提出的效用最大化用户目标函数基础上设计两阶段Stackelberg博弈模型,通过用户的个体优化行为实现对实时电价的分布式优化,最终达到博弈均衡。仿真结果显示,其系统负载下降了14%,峰均比下降了47%,且新机制下的负载时序和电价时序相较原负载时序与电价时序实现了明显的平衡效果,表明该模型能够有效降低峰均比并平衡负载时序,提高电力系统负载稳定性。
In order to reduce the peak-to-average ratio,this paper classifies household appliances by two indicators:users power planning and utility function.A two-stage Stackelberg game is designed based on the proposed objective function.The equilibrium is obtained through simultaneously distributed optimizing users’energy schedules and lowering the peak-to-average power ratio in the system.The simulation results show that the load of the power system has decreased by 14% and the peak-to-average ratio has decreased by 47%.Besides,the load time series and electricity price time series under the new mechanism have obvious balance effect compared with the original load time series and electricity price time series.The results show that this model could effectively reduce peak-to-average ratio and balance load time series.At the same time,it could improve the stability of power system load.
