摘要
面对河北省新时代绿色建筑规模化发展和验收需求,急需针对绿色建筑建立适用的验收标准。在对国内已有绿色建筑相关验收标准梳理基础上,剖析现有常规验收与绿色建筑验收在执行过程中存在的问题,探讨绿色建筑验收标准的编制原则,并进行框架设计和编制要点分析,以期为标准的编制提供理论依据,提高本标准编制的规范性和科学性。
Facing the needs of large-scale development and acceptance of Green Building in the new era in Hebei province,it is urgent to establish applicable acceptance standards for Green Building.Based on the acceptance standards for Green Building in China,the problems in the implementation process of the existing conventional acceptance and green building acceptance were analyzed,principles for compiling Green Building acceptance standards were discussed,and the framework design and key points were discussed.Through the above analysis,it is aim to provide a theoretical basis for the compilation of standards and improve the standardization and scientificity of the compilation of standards.
