摘要
本着凡事预则立,不预则废的原则,通过分析项目计划中存在的问题,浅谈如何制定项目计划。项目计划是提供执行及控制项目活动的基础,以完成对项目客户的承诺。项目计划的制定过程实际上是对项目整体考虑的过程,也是项目管理的基础。
In line with the principle of setting up everything in advance and discarding everything in advance,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the project plan and discusses how to make the project plan.The project plan is the basis for the implementation and control of project activities to fulfill the commitment to project customers.The process of making project plan is actually the process of considering the whole project and the foundation of project management.
