去骨减影CTA技术在颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值研究

摘要 目的探讨去骨减影CTA对颅内动脉瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析临床资完整疑似颅内动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者53例,均行CT血管造影(CTA)和数字减影血管造影术(DSA)检查,并与手术或血管内介入结果对比。结果 53例蛛网膜下腔出血患者经手术或血管介入栓塞术确诊颅内动脉瘤44例,CTA检查诊断颅内动脉瘤40例,敏感性为90.91%(40/44)。DSA诊断动脉瘤42例,敏感性为95.45%(42/44)。CTA与DSA相比较在诊断颅内动脉瘤检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CTA是诊断颅内动脉瘤的一种无创、安全、快捷的检查技术,可作为颅内动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者的筛选方法。 Objective To explore the value of CTA in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm. Methods 53 patients with clinically complete suspected intracranial aneurysms subarachnoid hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed. CTA and digital subtraction angiography(DSA) were performed and compared with the results of surgery or intravascular intervention. Results Of the 53 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage, 44 cases were diagnosed with intracranial aneurysms comfirmed by operation or vascular interventional embolization. The sensitivity of CTA was 90.91%(40/44). The sensitivity of DSA was 95.45%(42/44). There was no significant difference between CTA and DSA in the detection rate of intracranial aneurysm(P>0.05). Conclusion CTA is a noninvasive, safe and fast examination technique for diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms, which can be used as a screening method for patients with intracranial aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage and is worthy of clinical application.
