沪陕传染病信息有效利用程度分析 被引量:1

Analysis on the degree of the effective utilization of information about infectious disease in Shanghai and Shaanxi

摘要 [目的]比较沪陕两地传染病信息的有效利用程度,分析其与传染病发病率的关系。[方法]系统收集沪陕两地利用信息系统发布的涉及传染病风险的相关信息,量化比较沪陕传染病信息的有效利用程度,运用Spearman相关分析、线性回归分析等方法分析其与传染病发病率的关系。[结果]2000-2017年,上海市传染病信息的有效利用程度由2.9%上升到17.5%,陕西省由0上升到16.2%。两地信息的有效利用程度与传染病发病率均呈负相关(P<0.001),对传染病发病率变化的解释程度分别为71.8%和34.6%。[结论]沪陕两地传染病信息的有效利用程度逐步提升;上海市信息的有效利用程度对传染病防治工作的推进作用大于陕西省。沪陕两地仍需提高信息的有效利用程度,充分发挥其对传染病防治工作的推进作用。 Objective To compare the degree of effective utilization of infectious disease information in Shanghai and Shaanxi,and analyze the relationship between the effective utilization of information and the incidence of infectious diseases. Methods The public information and literature related to risks of infectious diseases issued by the information system in Shanghai and Shaanxi were systematically collected,the degree of effective utilization of information on infectious diseases was quantified,and the Spearman correlation and linear regression were used to analyze the relationship between the degree of effective utilization of information and the incidence of infectious diseases. Results From 2000 to 2017,the degree of effective utilization of infectious diseases information in Shanghai increased from 2. 9% to 17. 5%,and that increased from 0 to 16. 2% in Shaanxi. There was a negative correlation between the degree of effective utilization of information and the incidence of infectious diseases( P < 0. 001) both in Shanghai and Shaanxi,and the degree of interpretation to the change of the incidence of infectious diseases was 71. 8% and 34. 6% respectively. Conclusions The degree of effective utilization of infectious disease information in Shanghai and Shaanxi is gradually increasing. The degree of effective utilization of information in Shanghai has greater impelling action on the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases than that in Shaanxi. Both Shanghai and Shaanxi should improve the effective utilization of information,give full play to impelling action on the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.
