摘要
建筑行业是在我国城市化进程中发展的一个重要环节,想要保证建筑施工企业获得良好的市场地位,就应该构建有效的方法,保证企业利润得到有效提升,在成本上得到相应的投入减少。财务管理过程之中,成本控制要把握每一个细节,让企业经济效益发挥出最大化的效果。所以,文章从建筑施工企业财务管理中成本控制出发,讨论了成本管理的重要性,并制定出合理化的创新举措,为建筑施工企业提供相应的参考。
The construction industry is an important link in the development of China's urbanization process.To ensure that construction companies obtain a good market position,it is necessary to build effective methods to ensure that the company profits are effectively improved and corresponding costs are invested cut back.In the process of financial management,cost control must grasp every detail,so that the economic benefits of the enterprise can be maximized.Therefore,the article starts from cost control in the financial management of construction companies,discusses the importance of cost management,and formulates rational and innovative measures to provide corresponding references for construction companies.
