摘要
通过临床医案分析,介绍了陈德宁教授以宏-微观结合辨证治疗男性不育症、慢性前列腺炎、勃起功能障碍(ED)及血精症的经验。陈教授认为传统四诊采集的资料固然是辨证的主要依据,而临床检验指标可作为辨证参数纳入中医诊断体系,从而拓宽辨证思路,明确诊疗方向。恰当地应用微观辨证有助于准确、全面认识男科疾病。建立科学的宏微观一体新辨证体系是今后中西医结合研究的重心和方向。
Based on the analysis of clinical medical cases,this paper introduces professor Chen Dening′s experience in the treatment of male infertility,chronic prostatitis,erectile dysfunction(ED)and hematospermia by combining macro and Micro syndrome differentiation.Professor Chen believes that the data collected from the traditional four diagnosis is the main basis of syndrome differentiation,and the clinical test indicators can be included in the TCM diagnosis system as syndrome differentiation parameters,so as to broaden the thinking of syndrome differentiation and clarify the direction of diagnosis and treatment.The proper application of microcosmic syndrome differentiation is helpful for the accurate and comprehensive understanding of andrology.It is the focus and direction of the research on the integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the future to establish a scientific system of macro micro integration and new syndrome differentiation.
