摘要
陈四文主任医师结合南方地区的气候特点及小儿生理病理特点,将小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘分为风痰化热证、风痰夹积证、寒痰伏肺证和虚寒证,分别治以清热化痰、解痉止咳,消积止咳、理气化痰,温肺化饮,宣肺平喘、温阳化气,临床随证加减,疗效满意。附医案4则,以资验证。
Combined with the climate in South China and the physiological and pathological characteristics of children,archiater CHEN Siwen divides children with cough variant asthma(CVA) into wind-phlegm transformation of heat syndrome,wind-phlegm complicated by accumulation syndrome,cold phlegm latent in lung syndrome and asthenia-cold syndrome, the treatment is clearing away heat to resolve phlegm and relieving spasm to stop cough,removing qi stagnation to stop cough and regulating qi to resolve phlegm,warming lung to resolve fluid retention and warming yang to transform qi,respectively,and modifies according to the symptoms in clinic,which has obtained satisfactory curative effects.Four medical cases are attached for verification.
