摘要
目的观察中医穴位敷贴联合西药对小儿肺炎临床疗效及肺功能变化的影响。方法选取2017年10月~2018年3月在我院接受治疗的136例肺炎患儿进行临床分析,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各68例。两组患儿入院后均给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上再给予中药穴位敷贴治疗。比较两组患儿临床症状(咳嗽、气喘、发热、肺部啰音等)消失时间、临床总有效率及治疗前、治疗1周后两组患儿肺功能指标[用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)]变化。结果研究组患儿咳嗽、发热、气喘等临床症状消失时间均短于对照组(P均<0.05)。研究组患儿临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗1周后肺功能指标PVC、FEV1及PEF较治疗前均增高,且研究组高于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。结论穴位敷贴联合西药治疗小儿肺炎有较好临床疗效,能改善患儿肺功能。
Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine acupoint application combined with western medicine on pediatric pneumonia and changes of pulmonary function. Methods A total of 136 children with pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from October 2017 to March 2018 were selected for clinical analysis. According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group, 68 cases in each group. The two groups of children were given routine treatment after admission. The study group was given traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of conventional treatment. The clinical symptoms(cough, wheezing, fever, lung snoring) extinction time, the total clinical effective rate, and the changes of lung function indexes(FVC,FEV1, PEF) between the two groups before and after 1 week of treatment were compared. Results Theextinction time of cough, fever, asthma were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The lung function indexes of PVC, FEV1 and PEF increased after treatment for 1 week, and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application combined with Western medicine has a good clinical effect in treating children with pneumonia, which can improve lung function in children.
