摘要
本研究首先对主观幸福感领域的研究现状作了简要回顾,并指出以往研究的不足和本研究要考察的问题;其次,基于情绪智力理论编制了内省情绪智力量表和人际情绪智力量表,基于幸福感理论修订了主观情感幸福感量表;然后,根据编制和修订的测量工具考察了民众主观幸福感的特点以及人口学变量和民众情绪智力与主观幸福感的关系,通过实证分析方法获得以下主要结论:(1)编制的内省情绪智力量表和人际情绪智力量表有较好的信度和效度;(2)修订的主观情感幸福感量表有较好的信度和效度;(3)民众主观幸福感在某些人口学变量上存在差异;(4)民众内省情绪智力和人际情绪智力能够正向预测生活满意度和积极情感体验,负向预测消极情感体验;(5)民众内省情绪智力和人际情绪智力在预测生活满意度过程中,情感体验起着部分中介效应。最后,对研究结果作了简要分析,并根据研究结果提出提升民众幸福水平的建议。
This study firstly reviews the current research situation in the field of subjective well-being briefly,and points out the shortcomings of previous studies and the problems to be investigated in this study.Secondly,based on the theory of emotional intelligence,this paper compiles the scale of introspective emotional intelligence and interpersonal emotional intelligence.In addition,the scale of subjective emotional well-being is revised based on the theory of well-being.Thirdly,the scale of subjective emotional well-being is examined according to the measurement tools compiled and revised and the main conclusions are as follows:the self-examination emotional intelligence scale and interpersonal emotional intelligence scale have good reliability and validity;the revised subjective emotional well-being scale has good reliability and validity;the subjective well-being of the public has some demographic variables In the difference;people′s introspective emotional intelligence and interpersonal emotional intelligence can positively predict life satisfaction and positive emotional experience,and negatively predict negative emotional experience;people′s introspective emotional intelligence and interpersonal emotional intelligence play a part of intermediary effect in the process of predicting life satisfaction.Finally,this paper makes a brief analysis of the results of the study,and based on the results of the study,puts forward suggestions to improve the level of public happiness.
