摘要
新建龙岩至龙川高速铁路作为杭广客专的组成部分,是长三角经海峡西岸经济区联系珠三角地区的重要辅助通道,同时也是联系闽粤两省内陆高速铁路通道的重要组成部分,其速度目标值的选择对吸引沿线客流、形成主要技术标准、确定工程投资、保证运输质量等方面具有重大影响。为了合理选择龙岩至龙川铁路的速度目标值,从客流特点、功能定位、对时间目标值的适应性、工程投资与经济效益以及与相邻高速铁路的协调等方面研究得出了速度目标值的合理取值:龙岩~梅州段采用250 km/h,梅州~龙川段采用350 km/h。
As a part of the Hangzhou-Guangzhou Passenger-oriented Railway,the newly-built Longyan-Longchuan high-speed railway is an important auxiliary channel for the Yangtze River Delta to connect itself with the Pearl River Delta by way of the Western Shore Economic Zone of the strait,and in the meantime,it is also an important part of the inland high-speed railway connecting Fujian and Guangdong Provinces.The choice of the value of the target speed for the railway has a great influence on the passenger flow,the formation of the main technical standards,the determination of the engineering investment,ensuring the transportation quality and the like.In order rationally to choose the target speed for the Longyan-Longchuan Railway,in the present paper a study is made of the characteristics of the passenger flow,the functional orientation,the adaptability to the value of the time target,the engineering investment,the economic benefit and the coordination of the newly-built railway with the adjacent high-speed railways,upon the basis of which the rational values of the target speed for the railway are finally obtained:250 km/h for the Longyan-Meizhou section and 350 km/h for the Meizhou-Longchuan section.
