摘要
目的探究艾司西酞普兰与帕罗西汀治疗伴焦虑症状抑郁症患者的效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年1月在本院接受治疗的伴焦虑症状抑郁症患者100例作为研究对象,按照双盲法随机分为对照组和实验组,每组50例。对照组实施帕罗西汀治疗,实验组实施艾司西酞普兰治疗,分析两组患者治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后总有效率比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后两组患者HAMA评分、HAMD评分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),但组间对比差异无统计学意义;实验组头晕、心悸、恶心呕吐等不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论伴焦虑症状抑郁症患者接受艾司西酞普兰与帕罗西汀治疗,均可获得较好的效果,但艾司西酞普兰不良反应发生率较低,安全性更高。
Objective To explore effect of escitalopram and paroxetine in treating patients with depression with anxiety symptoms. Methods A total of 100 patients with depression and anxiety symptoms who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group according to the double-blind method, with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine, and the experimental group was treated with escitalopram. The treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups after treatment. After treatment, the HAMA score and HAMD score of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05), but there was no statistical difference between the groups.The incidence of dizziness, palpitations, nausea and vomiting in experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with depression and anxiety symptoms can receive better results with escitalopram and paroxetine, but escitalopram has a lower incidence of adverse reactions and higher safety.
