超高层冬期施工组合楼板保温方案研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 北京市CBD核心区Z14地块商业金融项目塔楼工程冬期施工中,采用电伴热法+蓄热法相结合的方式,在施工层组合楼板下部安装电伴热系统、在施工层钢筋桁架楼承板混凝土浇筑完成并收面后铺设塑料薄膜、保温岩棉被和防火布,补给钢桁架内外温差引起的热散失,维持温度基本不变,避免了冬期低温组合楼板混凝土受冻,解决了超高层较薄组合楼板的冬期施工问题. Electric heating method and thermo method were used in tower building winter construction of the commercial finance project of Beijing Central Business Center plot Z14.Electric heating system was installed under the construction floor composite slab,plastic film,heat insulation rock wool and fire resistant cloth were laid after concrete placement of steel truss bearing slab on construction floor was completed,to compensate the thermal dissipation due to temperature difference between inside and outside of the steel truss and to maintain stable temperature.This method effectively avoided freezing of the composite floor concrete due to low temperature in winter and successfully solved construction problems of superhigh thin composite floor in winter.
