锌浮渣制备烟气脱硫用氧化锌

Preparation on Zinc Oxide by Zinc Dross for Flue-gas Desulfurization

摘要 考察了焙烧气氛、温度、时间、空气流量等因素对氧化锌含量及杂质脱除率的影响。结果表明:温度1000℃、保温时间2 h、通入空气流量为0.20 Nm^3/h时,氧化锌含量达到95.34%,硫、氯含量分别可降低至0.16%、0.014%,后续锌冶炼二氧化硫烟气吸收试验可知,该氧化锌吸收二氧化硫效果良好。 The investigation is carried out on the effect of calcination atmosphere,temperature,time,airflow and the other factors on zinc oxide content and impurity removal rate.The results show:When the temperature is 1000℃,heat preservation period is 2 hours,the feeding airflow is 0.20 Nm^3/h,the zinc oxide content can reach to 95.34%,the content of sulfur and chlorine can be decreased to 0.16%,0.014%separately,and with the results of the subsequent zinc smelting-sulfur dioxide fume absorption test,we can get the conclusion that the sulfur dioxide absorption effect of zinc oxide is good.
