摘要
为探讨手术室全程无缝隙护理对结直肠癌手术患者心理状态及应激反应的影响,将2016年3月至2019年3月接受手术治疗70例结直肠癌患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施手术室全程无缝隙护理。比较2组患者心理状态(SAS、SDS评分)、应激反应(舒张压、收缩压、心率和肾上腺素水平)及护理满意度。结果显示,护理干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,舒张压、收缩压、心率和肾上腺素水平亦明显低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结果表明,手术室全程无缝隙护理干预可缓解结直肠癌手术患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低应激反应水平,提高护理满意度。
This study was to investigate the influence of whole course seamless nursing(WCSN)in operating room on the psychic situation and stress response of the patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery,enrolled 70 cases to be subject to colorectal cancer surgery(2016-03-2019-03),and randomly divided them into control group(35 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(35 cases,WCSN);then compared both groups’patients’psychinc situation(SAS,SDS score),stress response(systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,heart rate,and epinephrine level)and nursing satisfactory degree.As results,after nursing intervention the SAS and SDS score of observation group were significantly lower than that of control group,and,its systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,and epinephrine level were also significantly lower than control groups’something(P<0.05);in nursing satisfactory degree observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).Results show that in operating room performing WCSN on colorectal cancer patients undergoing surgery can relieve their anxiety and depression emotion,reduce stress response level,enhance nursing satisfactory degree.
