摘要
目的观察铸瓷全冠修复联合iRtooSP糊剂单尖根管充填治疗牙隐裂伴牙髓炎的疗效。方法选取2017年2月-2019年2月在南阳市卧龙区妇幼保健院接受治疗的牙隐裂伴牙髓炎患者82例,将其按照随机数表法分为两组,每组41例。对照组接受金属烤瓷全冠修复联合Cortisomol糊剂根管充填治疗,观察组接受铸瓷全冠修复联合iRtooSP糊剂单尖充填根管治疗。观察两组患者治疗疗效、治疗后咀嚼能力、基牙相关指标及术后疼痛程度。结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.12%)较对照组(75.61%)高,观察组患者的咬合力、咀嚼效率均高于对照组,且牙龈指数、出血指数、松动度低于对照组,对比两组术后疼痛率,观察组总疼痛率(24.39%)低于对照组(63.41%)。结论铸瓷全冠修复联合iRtooSP糊剂单尖充填根管治疗牙隐裂伴牙髓炎疗效显著,可以有效提高牙齿咀嚼能力,减轻患者术后的疼痛感。
Objective To observe the effect of casting porcelain crown restoration combined with iRtooSP paste root canal filling in the treatment of cracked teeth with pulpitis. Methods 82 patients with cleft teeth and pulpitis who were treated in the hospital from February,2017 to February,2019 were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 41 cases in each group. The control group received PFM crown restoration combined with Cortisomol paste root canal filling,while the observation group received PFM crown restoration combined with iRtooSP paste single point root canal filling. The curative effect,masticatory ability,abutment related index and postoperative pain of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(95.12%) was higher than that of the control group(75.61%) with statistical significance(P<0.05);the occlusal force and masticatory efficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the gingival index,bleeding index and looseness of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the total pain rate of the observation group(24.39%) was lower than that of the control group(63.41%)(P<0.05). Compared with the control group(63.41%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Porcelain-cast crown restoration combined with iRtooSP paste single-point root canal filling is effective in the treatment of cracked teeth with pulpitis,which can effectively improve the chewing ability of teeth and relieve the pain of patients after operation.
