边角煤回收整体顶梁悬移支架适应性技术改造 被引量:1

Adaptable technical transformation of integral top beam suspension support for corner coal recovery

摘要 随着煤炭开采的日益增加,边角煤回采成为备受关注的问题之一,如何提高边角煤回采机械化程度成为研究的重点方向。本文针对冀中股份有限公司葛泉矿13503外工作面进行支护技术改造,通过采用改造后的整体顶梁组合悬移液压支架,满足边角煤开采的需求,提高开采的安全系数,提升了开采效率,为国内边角煤开采提供了设备有力的技术支撑和配置经验,具有一定的推广价值。 With the increasing increase of coal mining,margin coal mining turned out to be one of the issues paid attention to.How to improve the mechanization degree of margin coal mining became the focus of research.In this paper,the support transformation technology of the 13503 outer working face of Gequan Mine of Jizhong Energy Group was carried out.By adopting the adaptively modified integral top beam combination to suspend the hydraulic support to meet the needs of corner coal mining and improve the safe mining,the technology improved the mining efficiency,provided strong technical support and experience for domestic coal mining,with certain promotion value.
