摘要
为研究单吸式清水离心泵内部复杂的流动特性,采取RNG k-ε湍流模型,引入UDF动网格技术,应用FLUENT软件,模拟研究了单吸清水离心泵内部水流的流速和压力特性,得到了水泵的扬程、效率,以及不同流量下叶轮的压力分布、离心泵内部的流速和压力分布规律。本文的研究成果为离心泵参数预测及结构优化提供参考。
In order to study the flow characteristics inside single suction clear water centrifugal pump, the flow velocity and pressure inside single suction clear water centrifugal pump are numerically simulated by using FLUENT software based on the RNG k-ε turbulence model and UDF dynamic grid technology. The head and efficiency of pump, and the pressure distribution of impeller and the velocity and pressure distribution inside the pump at different flow rates are obtained respectively. The research results will provide references for the parameter prediction and structure optimization of centrifugal pump.
