摘要
吸塑柜门类产品的生产工艺复杂,自动化程度低,是定制家居提高效益的瓶颈.本文基于S公司吸塑产品实际生产状况,结合精益改善的理论,对产品工艺流程进行了优化,最终形成了"单件流"作业模式,不仅提升了产出效率,而且提高了产品合格率.
The production of plastic-absorbing cabinet products was the bottleneck of customized household industry,which was difficult to improve for a long time.Its characteristics were various processes and low degree of automation.Based on the actual situation of S company's plastic products and the theory of lean improvement,this paper optimized and improved the process flow of products,and finally formed a"single-piece flow"operation mode,which not only improved the output efficiency,but also enhanced the reliability of product quality.
