摘要 通过合理配料,粗炼炉严格脱硫、脱磷、熔化铁合金,出钢过程留钢留渣,进入LF炉后升温化渣,扩散脱氧、微调合金元素含量,真空脱气处理,成功冶炼超临界汽轮机高压内缸用超纯净ZG13Cr9Mo1VNbN不锈钢钢水。 By adopting the reasonable ingredients and following processes during smelting,such as strictly desulfurization,dephosphorization and smelting ferroalloy in primary smelting furnace,retaining the molten steel and the steel slag during steel tapping,increasing temperature to smelt the slag in LF,diffusible deoxidation and finely adjusting alloy elements contents,vacuum degassing,ZG13Cr9Mo1VNbN ultra-pure molten steel used for high pressure inner cylinder of supercritical steam turbine has been smelted successfully.
