摘要
介绍国外的老年人全包服务项目、以绿色农场为基础的日托中心、社区综合护理体系和痴呆症友好社区等长期照护服务,以及目前国内痴呆症长期照护现状,以期对我国痴呆老年人长期照护服务的发展提供借鉴。
This article introduced the foreign long-term care services,including the program of all-inclusive care for the elderly(PACE),farm-based day care(FDC),community-based integrated care and dementia friendly communities(DFCs),as well as the current situation of long-term care for older people with dementia in China,in order to provide reference for development of long-term care services for older people with dementia in China.
