摘要
[目的]构建评估阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)病人疾病相关知识掌握情况的测评工具。[方法]结合文献回顾、半结构访谈及德尔菲专家咨询法形成初始量表;对江苏、湖北、海南3省199名高危人群进行调查,检验量表的信效度,形成正式问卷。[结果]经探索性因子分析得到2个维度:诱因、临床表现及危害诊断,诊断及治疗,累计解释变异率为63.835%,总量表内容效度为0.90,Cronbach’sα系数为0.924,重测信度系数为0.804。[结论]研制的量表信效度良好,可用于测评OSAHS病人对疾病相关知识的掌握情况。
Objective:To construct an assessment tool for assessing the disease-related knowledge in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS).Methods:Combined with literature review,semi-structured interviews and Delphi expert consultation method to form the initial scale.Totally 199 high-risk persons,coming from Jiangsu province,Hubei province and Fujian province,were surveyed.And the reliability and validity of the scale were tested and a formal scale formed.Results:The formal scale contains two dimension,one was inducement,clinical manifestation and hazard diagnosis,the other was the diagnosis and treatment.They could totally explain 63.835%of the total variance.And the content validity index was 0.90,the Cronbach’s a coefficient was0.924.And test-retest reliability coefficient was 0.804.Conclusions:The constructed scale had good reliability and validity.It could be used to assess the disease-related knowledge in OSAHS patients.
