摘要
利用ABAQUS软件建立复合材料简支梁的有限元模型,并进行模态分析。分析复合材料简支梁的前6阶振型,研究铺层方式、铺层角度和铺层数目对复合材料简支梁固有频率的影响。结果显示:采用不同的铺层方式,简支梁1~10阶的固有频率都是单调递增的;简支梁1~10阶的固有频率随铺层角度的增加,从总体来看呈下降趋势;而随着铺层数目的增加,简支梁1~10阶的固有频率都呈现上升趋势,且铺层数目对复合材料简支梁固有频率的影响最大。
ABAQUS software was used to establish the finite element model of the composite simply supported beam and conduct modal analysis.The first 6-order vibration modes of the composite simply supported beam are analyzed,and the influence of the way of lamination,the angle of lamination and the number of lamination on the natural frequency of the composite simply supported beam was studied.The results show that the natural frequencies of 1~10 orders of simply supported beams are monotonically increasing with different layering methods.The natural frequency of the 1~10 order simply supported beam decreases with the increase of the lamination angle.With the increase of the number of laminates,the natural frequencies of the simple supported beam of 1~10 orders are on the rise,and the number of laminates has the greatest influence on the natural frequencies of the composite beam.
