摘要
我国是鲸类动物生物多样性较高的国家之一,每年沿海各地均有大量鲸类搁浅的报道。一直以来没有专门的数据库收集和分析相关数据,大量珍贵的搁浅信息得不到有效利用。本数据库收集了1993年以来海南岛及其周边海域鲸类搁浅案例信息,内容包括搁浅时间、地点、种类鉴定、性别、体长体重、搁浅原因、搁浅信息来源途径等,为鲸类动物区系、时空分布、生物学、生态学和人类活动影响评估等研究工作提供了数据支撑。本数据集将为我国鲸类动物科研人员、环境保护人士和政府机构提供数据服务,并为进一步建立全国鲸类动物搁浅专业数据库积累经验。
The cetacean biodiversity in China is high.Every year,lots of cetacean stranding cases are reported at different coastal cities in China.However,till now,no database for collection and analysis of cetacean stranding information has been established;so these information,which are important for cetacean study and conservation,are wasted as a consequence.The Database of Cetacean Stranding Records around Hainan Island(DCSRHI)is established now for collecting cetacean stranding information around Hainan Island.The data collection time scope is from 1993;and the collection content includes stranding time,stranding site,scientific name,gender,body length,body mass,stranding reason,and information source,etc.The DCSRHI is a basic support for the study of cetacean flora,spatio-temporal distribution,biology,ecology,and impacts of human activities on cetaceans.The DCSHI will service to marine mammal scientists,environmentalists and the governments;furthermore,DCSH is helpful for the establishment of national cetacean stranding database of China.
