摘要
本文概述了被遗忘权,对比分析了欧美的被遗忘权制度设计,提出了我国被遗忘权制度设计建议,认为我国应加强个人信息权制度建设,明确紧急状况下的个人信息权益与社会公共利益的权衡规则。
This paper summarizes the right to be forgotten, compares and analyzes its system design in Europe and the United States, puts forward some suggestions of its system design in China,and argues that that China should strengthen the construction of the personal information right system and make clear the balance rules between the personal information rights and social public interests under the emergency situation.
