摘要
新冠肺炎疫情后,大健康产业会有结构性的转变,而国家出台的一系列"普惠式"财政金融激励政策却并未赋能于健康产业链;同时其供需亦有错位,且投资拉动效果不佳。鉴此,为助推健康产业高质量发展,应以需求为导向优先发展相关方面的产业,制定投资拉动的法规与政策并精准施策。
After COVID-19 pandemic, there will be structural changes in the big health industry. However, a series of inclusive fiscal and financial incentive policies introduced by our country have not contributed to the health industry chain. At the same time, its supply and demand also has the dislocation,and pull effect of the investment is not good. In view of this, in order to promote the high-quality development of the health industry, we should give priority to the development of related industries based on demand, formulate investment-driven regulations and policies, and take precise measures.
