摘要
通过试验测试农药茚虫威对3龄柞蚕幼虫的毒性、熏蒸毒性以及残毒期。结果表明:茚虫威处理3龄柞蚕幼虫的LC50为0.465 mg/L,对3龄柞蚕幼虫无熏蒸作用,对3龄及3龄以上柞蚕幼虫的安全间隔期至少30 d以上,柞园内应禁止使用。
The experiment tested the toxicity of indoxacarb to 3rd instar silkworm larvae,and the fumigation toxicity as well as residuary toxicity.Results show that the LC50 of 3rd instar silkworm larvae dealt with indoxacarb was 0.465 mg/L,and there was no fumigation effect.The safety interval of 3rd and above instar silkworm larvae should be at least 30 days.And indoxacarb is not allowed in tussah orchard.
