摘要
中国农村污水排放量大、面广、处理率低,对农村生态环境造成严重风险,是各级政府面临的难题。尽快解决这个棘手问题是“打好污染防治攻坚战”的主要任务之一。文章通过总结近5年农村生活污水治理工程的相关研究成果和实践经验,梳理分析了相关的经验教训与共性问题,对如何科学实施农村生活污水治理攻坚行动提出了系统的对策与建议。
China's rural sewage discharge is large,the area is wide,and the treatment rate is low,which poses serious risks to the rural ecological environment.Resolving this thorny issue as soon as possible is one of the main tasks of“doing a good job of fighting pollution”.This paper summarizes the relevant research results and practical experience of rural sewage treatment projects in the past 5 years,sorts out and analyzes relevant lessons and common problems,and puts forward systematic countermeasures and suggestions on how to scientifically implement rural sewage treatment projects.
