摘要
为了克服视频网络传输占用带宽资源多的问题,满足高分辨率视频的实时编码传输需求,利用海思新一代视频处理芯片Hi3516A,设计了一种全高清视频采集编码传输系统。该系统采用IT6801+Hi3516A+RTL8201F的硬件电路架构,并在海思媒体处理软件平台上完成了应用程序软件开发,实现了全高清HDMI视频输入及H.264标准视频码流的实时网络传输。系统设计已成功运用在某型直升机指控系统中,具有重要的实际应用价值。
In order to overcome the problem of video network transmission occupying huge bandwidth and to meet the real-time transmission requirements of high-resolution video,a design of Full HD video compression coding transmission system is proposed by using HiSilicon’s new generation video processing SOC Hi3516A.The hardware circuit of this system adopts IT6801+Hi3516A+RTL8201F architecture,and on this basis,application software development is carried out on HiSilicon’s medie process platform.The system realizes real-time network output of H.264 standard video stream with Full HD HDMI input.The result has been successfully applied in a certain type of helicopter,which has important practical application value.
