摘要
目的通过甲状腺癌病例的数据分析,探讨甲状腺癌的发病规律及临床特点。方法自某院病案科病案管理系统调取2016年1月1日-2018年12月31日期间以甲状腺结节住院的病例,按出院主要诊断进行甲状腺结节疾病谱的分析,再从中抽取甲状腺癌病例,对其发病情况及临床特点进行汇总分析。结果534例甲状腺结节病例中甲状腺癌病例164例,占30.71%,高发年龄段为41岁~70岁,男女比例为1:4.86,男性患者发病年龄高于女性(t=7.070,P=0.000),病变部位甲状腺右侧叶高于左侧叶,有统计学差异(P=0.000),病理类型以乳头状癌为主,占98.17%,其中微小乳头癌占18.29%,且呈逐年增加的趋势(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺癌病例数呈逐年上升的趋势,女性患者明显高于男性,因健康体检时发现病变而就诊的患者人数明显增加,病理类型中微小乳头癌比例升高,应加强群众对肿瘤的防治意识。
Objective The pathogenesis and clinical features of thyroid cancer were investigated through data analysis of thyroid cancer cases.Methods The case management of thyroid nodules from January 1,2016 to December 31,2018 was collected from the medical record management system of a hospital.The analysis of thyroid nodule disease spectrum was performed according to the main diagnostic diagnosis,and the thyroid cancer cases were taken from the disease,summarized and analyzed.Results There were 164 cases of thyroid cancer among 534 cases of thyroid nodules,accounting for 30.71%.The age of high incidence was 41-70 years old.The ratio of male to female was 1:4.86,while the onset age of male patients was higher than the female patients(t=7.070,P=0.000).The ratio of the right side of the thyroid was higher than the left side,where there were statistical differences(P=0.000).The papillary carcinoma was the main part of the pathological type,accounting for 98.17%,while the micro-papillary carcinoma accounted for 18.29%.Conclusions The number of thyroid cancer cases was increasing year by year,and female patients were significantly more than male patients.The number of patients who see a doctor for the lesion found on physical examination rised apparently,while the proportion of micro-papillary cancer in pathological types increased.The awareness of prevention and treatment of cancer among people was enhanced.
