摘要
毕业生就业满意度作为衡量就业质量高低的重要指标之一,越来越受到社会各界的重视。就业满意度取决于毕业生就业实际感知与就业期望之间的差异程度,通过毕业生就业满意度调查发现,高职院校毕业生就业呈现出关注薪资待遇和个人发展、注重个人兴趣爱好、职业规划不清晰、职业素质能力不足、实践能力有待提高等特点,因此可以从重视职业生涯规划、加强就业服务、促进校企合作、开展社会实践活动等方面增强毕业生就业竞争力,调整毕业生就业预期,从而提高毕业生就业满意度,实现毕业生更高质量和更充分地就业。
As one of the important indexes to measure the quality of employment,graduates’employment satisfaction is paid more and more attention by all walks of life.The employment satisfaction degree depends on the degree of difference between the actual perception of graduates’employment and the expectation of employment.Through the survey of graduates’employment satisfaction,it is found that the employment of graduates in higher vocational colleges shows the characteristics of focusing on salary treatment and personal development,focusing on personal interests and hobbies,unclear career planning,lack of professional quality and insufficient practical ability,so it can enhance the competitiveness of graduates’employment from the aspects of attaching importance to career planning,strengthening employment service,promoting cooperation between schools and enterprises,carrying out social practice activities,and adjusting the employment expectation of graduates,so as to improve the employment satisfaction of graduates and achieve higher quality and more full employment of graduates.
